Where Rider helps
Quote calls
Goals for the call and the next question, so what the quote needs is asked before you hang up.
Renewal reviews
The current carrier, the renewal date and what the client says about price go into the notes as they are said.
Quote review meetings
When the client agrees to a time, a card shows what they said. One tap adds it to your calendar.
Follow-up calls
A callback goes on your Home list with the reason, for example an auto quote review on Thursday.
A quote call with Rider
- PrepSet the goals: current carrier, renewal date, who and what is covered, and the next step.
- ConsentYour first line asks whether the client minds an AI note-taker. Rider can't hear them until you have asked.
- The callOne line at a time from your playbook: carrier facts, what you may say, what you may not promise.
- ConfirmWhen the client agrees to a next step, confirm the card or dismiss it.
- ReceiptThe call is saved with notes, the status of each goal and what was done.
Trust
- Rider works from your playbook. Every number it suggests has to appear in the playbook or on the call.
- A promise your playbook does not allow is flagged as something to fix.
- Recording consent rules differ by state. Rider asks first by default, and if the client objects the call goes on without suggestions.
What Rider does not do for insurance
- No insurance knowledge is built in: no licensing or state filing rules, no carrier appetite, no rating or quote engine. Your playbook supplies the facts and the rules.
- Not a compliance tool, and we have not tested it against insurance regulations.
- No connection to your agency management system or CRM. Calendar actions work with Apple Calendar only.
- Rider is new and has no customer stories yet.
