What Actions does
Meeting
Creates the event on your calendar. The time is resolved to your time zone before the card shows, and checked against your calendar when you confirm.
Follow-up call
Adds the contact to the list on Home as the next one to call, with the reason and the day.
Receipt
Every call records what was done, what failed, what you dismissed and what is still waiting for you.
How it works
- AgreementRider acts only after the other person agrees. Each proposal points to the moment in the call where they did.
- CardThe card shows the action in full and what they said. You can edit the time, length or title.
- ConfirmOne tap to confirm, one to dismiss. Nothing is written until you confirm.
- ReceiptThe result is saved with the call, so you can see what happened without replaying it.
Trust
- Nothing happens without your tap. Each action is confirmed by you, one at a time.
- The other person's words are treated as data. An email address or attendee is used only if you confirm it.
- No actions run while consent for the call has not been given.
- Practice calls show simulated results and never write to your calendar.
What Actions does not do yet
- Apple Calendar only. Google Calendar, CRM and text messages are not supported yet.
- iPhone only, and the iPhone app is in beta.
- A few actions at a time: up to five per call.
