Sales Ops Just
Got Easier
Rider joins both sides of a phone call, keeps the conversation on track, clears objectives, takes notes and takes action so you can focus on your call.

The line to say, before they finish.
Every time someone speaks, Rider re-reads the whole call and puts one move on screen: a line you can say out loud, under twenty words. Words light up as you say them, so a glance is enough.
How it worksWhat did Payfold's quote include? I want to compare the same things.
When you slip, a line to circle back.
A wrong claim, a promise your playbook doesn't allow, an objection talked past. Rider catches it and gives you the words to repair it while it still matters.
Built to be honestOne correction: our Business Central connector isn't live yet. NetSuite is, across all three entities.
You said Business Central "won't be a problem". It isn't supported today.
Your goals, checked off as you cover them.
Set what the call is for before you dial. Rider tracks each objective through the conversation, with the moment it was covered, so you know what's still open before you wrap up.

Would Thursday at ten or Friday at two work for you and Dan?
The call at a glance.
Numbers, people, pains, objections and the promises you made, kept current as the call goes on. When they correct themselves, the note changes too.
What happens after the callNotes
- Freight company, 400 people, 2,600 invoices a month
- Three NetSuite entities, one Canadian sub on Business Central
- Paid a carrier twice, $38k, six weeks to recover
- Payfold quoted under $30k; Northbill trial failed on sync
- CFO Dan approves anything over $25k
- Audit in February drives the timeline
Help on the call, not after it.
You talk on your phone like always. Rider bridges the call, hears both sides and keeps your plan one glance away.
Pick a lead and tap Call. Rider dials from the app, or rings your phone first and bridges you in. Your playbook and the lead's brief go to Rider.
Ask first. Your opening line asks if they mind an AI note-taker. Rider can't hear them until you've asked, and if they object it stops and deletes the call.
Both sides, transcribed live. Each side is transcribed as it's spoken. Rider plans while they're still talking, so the move is ready the moment they stop.
The next line, before they finish. One move at a time, in words you can say out loud. Fixes, objectives and notes sit underneath, quiet until you need them.
Everything you need. Nothing else.
One loud thing at a time. The rest is quiet chrome you can ignore mid-sentence.
Next line
Say, ask or clarify: one move, under twenty words, in a voice you can read aloud. Chosen in order: answer what they raised, explore a worry, then work the next objective.
Fix it
A wrong claim, a question left hanging, an objection talked past. Rider names the turn, the issue and a line to repair it.
Objectives
What the call is for, set before you dial. Each one goes open, partial or done with the evidence and the turn it came from.
Notes
Facts, pains, objections, commitments and open questions, at most twelve lines, merged and corrected as the call goes on.
Your playbook
Your product, pricing, objections and competitors. Every number Rider suggests has to appear there or on the call.
Call lists and teams
Load a call list, pick a lead and the brief goes to Rider. Minutes, playbooks and saved calls belong to your org, shared by everyone in it.
Ask first. Never make it up.
The person on the other end knows there's an AI note-taker, and Rider only works from what's true.
- Your first line asks for consent. Rider can't hear them until you've asked.
- If they object, the call keeps going without suggestions and the recording is deleted.
- No invented facts, prices or names. If Rider doesn't have it, it suggests a question or an honest "let me confirm and follow up".
- Promises your playbook doesn't allow get flagged as something to fix, not left to stand.
Hi Rachel, Tom from Quillpay. Mind if an AI note-taker listens so I can focus on our call?
Earbuds in. Eyes on the line.
Dial from the app and the suggestions sit on the same screen as the call. Works in your browser today. Built for iPhone too.
Pay for the minutes you use.
One simple price. New accounts start with 10 free minutes, then it's pay as you go. Dialing, ringing and voicemail are free.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers on consent, cost and what Rider does on a call.
Get 10 free minutesWhat do I need to use Rider?
A phone and a browser, or the iPhone app. Use earbuds or speakerphone so the screen stays in view while you talk. Rider places the call, so there's no new number to set up.
Does the other person know?
Yes. Your first line asks if they mind an AI note-taker. Rider can't hear them until you've asked. If they object, Rider stops listening and deletes what it recorded, and your phone call carries on.
Where do the suggestions come from?
Your playbook and the call itself. The playbook holds your product, pricing, objections and competitors. Every number Rider suggests has to come from one of those. When it doesn't have a fact, it suggests a question or an honest "let me confirm and follow up".
What kinds of calls does it work for?
Any call with a goal: sales discovery, recruiting screens, real estate, follow-ups. You set the objectives before you dial, and the playbook tells Rider who each side is and what a good outcome looks like.
What does it cost?
Ten free minutes to start, then add credit in any amount at 50¢ a minute. You're billed by the second while you're talking with someone. Dialing, ringing and voicemail are free, and credit lasts a year. See pricing.
Can my team share it?
Yes. Minutes, playbooks and call lists belong to your org, and everyone in it calls from the same balance. Owners and admins add minutes.
What happens after the call?
Rider keeps a review you can open from the app: the conversation, the move it suggested at each turn, the fixes it raised and the notes it kept. Billing stops the moment the call ends.
