Set up Rider and oversee your team
Hub is where you manage Rider: your team, their roles, and the minutes and calls they use. Today it is the Team screen in the app. A web Hub for your playbook, Vault documents and call review is in development.
Invite-only right now. You get 10 free minutes when you join, no card.
What Hub does
Two are in the app today. Two are in development.
People and rolesToday
Invite people by work email, set each person’s role, and remove them when they leave.
Minutes and callsToday
Minutes left, minutes used and calls over 30 days, for the team and for each person.
Your playbook and extensionsIn development
Write your playbook and turn extensions on, for yourself or the whole team.
Vault and call reviewIn development
Upload the documents Rider cites, and read back any call with its transcript.
Who can do what
- OwnerEverything an admin can, plus adding or changing owners
- AdminInvite, change roles, remove people, see usage
- RepMake calls on the team’s minutes
Trust
One org never sees another
People, calls and data belong to one org, enforced in the database.
Only owners and admins manage the team
Reps make calls. They can’t add, remove or change anyone. Only an owner can add or change an owner.
An org always has an owner
The last owner can’t be removed or demoted. You can’t remove yourself or change your own role.
Removal ends access
Membership is checked on every request, so a removed person loses the Team screen at once.
What Hub does not do yet
A web Hub
Manage your team from a browser. Today it’s the Team screen in the app.
Playbook and extensions
Edit your playbook and switch extensions on yourself. For now we set them up with you.
Vault uploads
Upload the documents Rider cites during a call.
Call review
Read back a teammate’s call with its transcript.
