Your scripts, product facts and rules. Live works from them and does not invent facts, prices or names.
How a call works
- Set the goalsName what the call should settle. Prep a call before you dial if you want a plan.
- Call from the appDial from the app, or have Rider ring your phone first and connect you. Rider hears both sides.
- Ask for consentThe first line asks whether an AI note-taker can listen. Rider can't hear them until you have asked.
- TalkLines appear as the conversation moves. Earbuds in, eyes on the line.
- ReviewNotes and the status of each goal are saved with the call.
Trust
- The other person is asked for consent first. If they object, the call goes on without suggestions and the recording is deleted.
- Nothing is invented. If Rider doesn't have a fact, it suggests a question or an honest "let me confirm and follow up".
- Promises your playbook doesn't allow are flagged as something to fix.
What Live is not
- Not a compliance tool. Rider has no built-in knowledge of RESPA, TILA, TCPA or similar rules. A rule applies only if you write it into your playbook.
- Not an AI that talks to the other person. You make the call.
- The iPhone app is in beta. The web app works today.
