Rider

Privacy policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

Rider suggests what to say, live, on your sales calls. To do that it handles your account, your call lists and the audio and words of the calls you make. This page says what we collect, who helps us process it, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

Who processes it

We use these providers to run Rider. Each receives only what it needs.

ProviderWhat for
TwilioPlacing and connecting calls, and streaming call audio to us
DeepgramTurning call audio into text in real time, and giving the AI that plays the other person a voice on practice calls
AnthropicGenerating suggestions, notes and call reviews from the transcript
TypeSafeScoring suggested replies
SupabaseAccounts, sign-in and our database
Fly.ioHosting our servers
StripePayments for minutes
Apple and ExpoSign in with Apple, push notifications, and on iPhone the speech recognition that turns what you say on a practice call into text (Apple may process that audio on its servers)

We do not sell personal information and we do not use call content to advertise to anyone.

Recording and consent

You decide who you call and are responsible for telling them and getting any permission the law requires where you and they are. Rider helps: by default your first line asks whether the other person minds an AI note-taker, and Rider does not listen to them until you have asked. An optional automatic notice plays before the call connects. If the person objects, Rider keeps only the fact that they objected.

How long we keep it

Account data and call records stay until you or your organization delete them, or until you delete your account. Organizations that use Rider decide how long their team's call records are kept.

Your choices

Children

Rider is for people who make business calls. It is not directed to children under 16.
