Rider

Terms of use

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of Rider. By creating an account or making a call you agree to them.

What Rider is

Rider listens to your calls and suggests what to say next. It is a calling aid. You decide what you say and you are responsible for it. Suggestions can be wrong, and Rider does not give legal, financial or professional advice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile.

Calls, recording and the law

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your calls, including recording and monitoring consent, do-not-call lists, telemarketing and caller identification rules. Do not use Rider to harass, deceive or threaten anyone, to call numbers you are not allowed to call, or to impersonate another person.

Minutes and payments

Calls use minutes from your balance, counted by the second from the first words until the call ends. Dialing, ringing and voicemail are free. Minutes are bought as credit in a dollar amount at the rate shown when you buy. Purchased minutes expire one year after purchase and free minutes do not expire. Purchases are final unless the law says otherwise, and unused minutes are not refundable.

Your content

You keep ownership of your call lists and call content. You give us permission to process it, including with the providers listed in the privacy policy, only to run Rider for you and your organization.

Acceptable use and service changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may change or end features. We try to keep Rider available but do not promise it will always work, and a call may drop or suggestions may lag.

Liability

Rider is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost deals, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
